Strength & Conditioning Training for basketball and baseball focuses on athletes.
Athletes refine walkovers, handsprings, and strength cycles while learning to train through frustration and correction.
Requirements: Athlete should have forward/backward roll, handstand, cartwheel, roundoff, front limber, bridge kicker and split 70%.
Mommy & Me classes are structured sessions designed for toddlers and young children to explore movement, develop motor skills, and bond with a parent or caregiver in a safe, fun environment. Guided by an instructor, these classes focus on introductory gymnastics skills, socialization, and confidence-building through play.

Advanced training in multiple handsprings, flips, layouts, twisting, strength, flexibility, and elite-level execution.
Requirements: Athlete should have all the skills for the intermediate plus front or back handspring and split 100%.
Team athletes will participate in any of the following types of gymnastics competitions: Artistic, Acrobatics, Rhythmic, Aerobics, and Trampoline.
Requirements: Evaluation is required.
The perfect combination of fitness and body control. This program is foundational. It is just below the level of commitment of the Athleticism Accelerator, but it borrows many of the concepts. It is also designed to support functional movement, sport relevant explosiveness, and ninja course dynamics. Athletes will work with trampolines and tumble tracks to learn flips and hand springs.
Development-based gymnastics and athletic training. Athletes progress by skill mastery rather than age or grade level.

Trampoline and tumbling (T&T) is a dynamic gymnastics discipline that challenges athletes to combine explosive power with spatial awareness. Competitors perform high-flying acrobatic flips on trampolines, and power tumbling across the floor.
This class is designed for kids that have demonstrated an ability to perform back handsprings, front handsprings, or flips on the floor.
Requirements: Roundoff back handspring
This is focused skills development for trampoline.
This class is for students who are just learning to tumble and control their bodies on the trampoline.
